About Andrea
she/her/hers
I support individuals, couples, children, and families in navigating life’s challenges, relationships, and healing processes. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered, offering a grounded and supportive space where clients feel safe, seen, and able to show up authentically.
As an international adoptee, I bring both lived experience and clinical understanding to my work. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating adoption-related concerns, identity exploration, relational difficulties, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and experiences of abuse. I also value working alongside neurodiverse individuals in an affirming and respectful environment.
Â
Therapy has been an important part of my own healing journey, shaping my deep appreciation for the role of compassion, empathy, and a steady therapeutic relationship. It is a privilege to now offer that same consistency and care to others as they move through their own process of growth and healing.

MAMFT, RCC

I understand that beginning therapy can feel uncertain. My intention is to provide a space that feels welcoming, steady, and free of judgment—where meaningful change can unfold through authentic connection and self-exploration. I offer therapy that is authentic and rooted in wholeness, supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves in ways that feel integrated and sustainable.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, and a member in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.

With a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from ACTS Seminary (Trinity Western University affiliate), my graduate work included specialized training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), which forms the foundation of my approach to couples therapy
