Individual Therapy
(Adults/ Adolescents)
A Space to Feel Heard
Life can feel overwhelming — and you don't have to navigate it alone. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply searching for greater clarity, therapy offers a safe, judgment-free space to explore what's holding you back.
I work with adults and adolescents, meeting you exactly where you are. Together, we'll build the tools and insight you need to move forward — at a pace that feels right for you.
Taking that first step is brave. I'm here when you're ready.

Couples Therapy
Stronger, Together
Relationships are hard — even in the best of times. Every couple faces moments of tension, miscommunication, or feeling stuck, and that's completely normal. Seeking couples therapy doesn't mean your relationship has failed.
It means you care enough to invest in it.
Therapy offers a neutral, supportive space to work through the challenges that naturally arise in any relationship — big or small. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit. In fact, couples who come in before reaching a breaking point often find they have more to work with, and more room to grow.
Whether you're looking to improve communication, navigate a difficult season, or simply deepen your connection — this is a space for both of you to be heard.
Reaching out is a sign of strength, not struggle. I'm here when you're ready.

Report Writing &
Assessment Support
Lending my voice to help yours be heard.
As a therapist — not a psychologist — my role in this area is one of support and advocacy. I am not able to provide formal diagnostic assessments, but I can offer supplementary letters and professional documentation based on my clinical observations that may help inform and support the process.
When a family is pursuing a potential diagnosis of autism, ADHD, or other neurodevelopmental differences, having a therapist's observations and insights can be a valuable piece of the puzzle. My documentation can help paint a clearer picture for the psychologists, pediatricians, and other professionals involved in the formal assessment process — ensuring your child's needs are well represented and nothing important is overlooked.
Every piece of support counts — and I am here to add mine.

Navigating IEPs — You Don't Have to Do It Alone
IEP meetings can feel intimidating and overwhelming for many parents. I am here to walk alongside you — helping you understand the process, ensure your child's voice and needs are clearly heard, and work collaboratively with you and the school team to put the right accommodations in place.
Every child deserves a plan that truly reflects who they are and sets them up to thrive.
Together, we can make sure that happens.

Parenting Support/ Guidance
You Don't Have to Figure It Out Alone
Parenting is one of the most rewarding — and most challenging — roles you'll ever take on. Whether you're navigating a toddler's tantrums, a teenager's withdrawal, or simply feeling like you're not sure if you're doing it "right," you're not alone in feeling that way.
Parenting support isn't about being told what to do or feeling judged for where you're at. It's about having a warm, neutral space to reflect, gain perspective, and build confidence in your own parenting. No matter the age or stage of your child, challenges will arise — and having guidance and support along the way can make all the difference.

Children Play Therapy
&Â Art Therapy
Meeting Children Where They Are
Children don't always have the words to express what they're feeling — and they shouldn't have to. Play therapy and art therapy offer children a natural, comfortable way to explore their emotions, process their experiences, and begin to heal — all through the language they know best: play and creativity.
In our sessions, I create a warm and welcoming space where children can feel safe to simply be themselves. Through art, imaginative play, and creative expression, children are often able to work through big feelings and difficult experiences in a way that feels manageable and even enjoyable.
I also incorporate board games and card games into my work with children — not just for fun, but as a meaningful therapeutic tool. Games have a wonderful way of naturally opening the door to conversation, building trust and rapport, and creating a space to explore feelings and social situations without it feeling heavy or intimidating. Sometimes the best breakthroughs happen right in the middle of a game.

Children in School
Supporting Children Where So Much of Life Happens
School is so much more than academics. It's where children navigate friendships, manage emotions, face social pressures — and sometimes, where things begin to feel overwhelming. When a child is struggling, it rarely stays at school — it ripples into every area of their life, including home.
I work collaboratively with families, and where appropriate, with teachers and school staff, to ensure children have the support they need to thrive — not just academically, but emotionally and socially as well. When the adults in a child's life work together, it can make an enormous difference.
I also help families navigate the IEP process — attending school meetings, consulting with educators, and advocating alongside parents to ensure their child's voice and needs are truly heard and reflected in their plan.

Family Therapy
Families Are Complex — And So Is the Support They Deserve
Every family has its own unique dynamics, history, and challenges. Whether you're navigating conflict between family members, struggling with communication, adjusting to major life changes, or feeling disconnected from one another — family therapy offers a path forward.
I provide a warm, neutral, and compassionate space where families can come together to work through even the most complex issues. This isn't about assigning blame or taking sides — it's about creating room for honest, open conversation where every voice matters.
Drawing on a Family Systems approach, I work to ensure that each member of the family feels genuinely heard, valued, and supported throughout the process. This approach recognizes that we are all shaped by the family we are a part of, and that lasting change happens when we work together — not in isolation.
